Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

As an RN Unit Manager, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team, guiding and supporting staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. You’ll help ensure our residents receive the dignity, attention, and medical support they deserve — every day.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts
• Monitor care delivery including medications, treatments, and documentation
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident conditions and team performance
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage care plans
• Provide guidance and training to staff, residents, and families as needed
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and staff
• Complete other duties as assigned by clinical leadership
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license (New Jersey preferred or eligible for endorsement)
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Previous long-term care, inpatient, or palliative care experience preferred
• Prior leadership or staff management experience is a plus
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with leadership experience may also be considered
